UK cruise line Swan Hellenic is to trade again following the bankruptcy of its owner All Leisure Group last month.
Canadian travel group G Adventures has bought the brand from All Leisure’s administrators Grant Thornton.
No price was revealed and the deal does not include the 12,900-gt chartered cruiseship Minerva (built 2004), which has been returned to its owner, Artica Adventure & Cruise Shipping.
