Holland America Line has sold one of its vessels to German travel agency Phoenix Reisen.
The Carnival brand on Monday confirmed the sale of the 37,893-tonne, 835-passenger ship to Phoenix after rumours circulated for years that it was available for acquisition.
Phoenix will charter back the vessel to Holland America to 1 July 2019 to allow the seller to carry out planned voyages.
