Cairo-based National Navigation Co’s 71,500-dwt Esna (built 1998) has been arrested in the Indian port of Dahej over unpaid bunkers owed to now collapsed OW Bunker.
TradeWinds learns from legal sources that the ship was arrested last week following a lawsuit filed by Dutch bank ING which is seeking to recover some $431,200 from the shipowner for bunkers supplied to the ship in October last year.
