Kassian Maritime of Greece has regained control of its supramax bulk carrier Requiem (built 2010) after reaching an out-of-court settlement with ING Bank over what the bank claimed were unpaid bunkers supplied to the ship by OW Bunker in November 2014.
The vessel was arrested last week following a lawsuit filed by ING, which was seeking to recover outstanding dues of around $175,611.
