Wuchang Shipbuilding has sealed an order for a multipurpose support vessel (MSV) from Shanghai Salvage.
Brokers said the 13,300-gt ship will be delivered in March 2019. No price was given.
Shanghai Salvage is part of China Rescue & Salvage.
The ministry of transport-owned group has a fleet of 164 ships, including supply vessels and anchor-handlers, with another 13 on order after the latest deal.
