Dutch shipping group Vroon has exited the windfarm vessel sector with its second asset disposal in days.
The company said it had sold the rest of its UK-based MPI Offshore business to compatriot Van Oord, after offloading one vessel and staff contracts to Belgium's Jan De Nul on Friday.
Van Oord will take over the MPI organisation in Stokesley, and two turbine installation vessels and crew with associated contracts.
