Van Oord has secured installation work on what will eventually become Belgium’s largest ever offshore wind project.
It has signed a contract with Norther consortium for the balance of plant (BoP) works for the Norther offshore wind farm, located 23 km off Zeebrugge.
BoP is a term given to all the infrastructural components of a wind farm with the exception of the turbine and all its elements.
