Dutch shipowner Van Oord is taking its offshore wind experience to Asia for the first time as part of a ground-breaking project off Taiwan.
Van Oord was designated this week as the preferred contractor for 640 megawatts of wind power at the Yulin project being developed by WPD of Germany.
