Middle East OSV owner Topaz Energy & Marine believes the worst is over for offshore owners as it revealed a fourth quarter loss.
The net deficit to 31 December was $6m, from profit of $2m in the final three months of 2016.
Revenue grew to $69m from $66m and the EBITDA margin of 48% over the year was described as "solid" despite rate pressures.
