The owner and manager of the offshore vessel Toisa Pisces have won a London high court battle over the validity of a £$2.1m loss of hire claim.
The claim from two Gregory Callimanopoulous linked companies was rejected by New York based Valiant Insurance on the grounds of misrepresentation and non-disclosure but the right to compensation has been upheld by Justice Blair.
