Norwegian offshore vessel owner Dof Subsea has lost three more members of its board.
It said directors Neil Hartley, Ryan Zafereo and Alan Schwartz had given notice they would leave "forthwith."
They were all nominated by FRC, which controls 35% of the company through its FR Dolphin Lux Holdings and Dolphin Invest 2 funds.
