Norwegian seismic survey vessel charterer has announced an expansion of its work off Senegal and The Gambia.
The multi-client contract will now see the company acquire more than 11,000km of 2D data in tandem with compatriot shipowner PGS.
"This expansion is being undertaken in cooperation with Petrosen in Senegal and the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy in Gambia," it said.
A 12km deep-tow streamer will be used from the 2,300-gt BGP Dong Fang Kan Tan 1 (built 2007).
