Swiber has received notice from a client terminating a $21m offshore contract.
The Singapore-listed offshore vessel owner said today that the undisclosed customer told it of the cancellation on 18 July, but Swiber is challenging the termination.
The company announced last month that it won the contract to carry out transport and installation work for a full field development project of Vietnam.
