Harkand Gulf Services and Ethos Offshore, the Oaktree Capital Management-backed company that took over some of Harkand's assets, are facing a lawsuit by a supplier that claims it is owed for diving equipment provided to a vessel.
Louisiana-based Unique System filed the $1.93m lawsuit in the US federal court in New Orleans alleging that it supplied a saturation diving system to the 98-metre-long multipurpose vessel Swordfish (built 2007).
