Norway's Olympic Subsea is targeting fleet expansion and an initial public offering to meet its renewables shipping ambitions.
The subsea vessel company, led by chairman and founder Stig Remoy, said it wants to entrench its position in "blue energy", which encompasses offshore wind and subsea operations.
The strategic shift was initially made following a previous crash in the oil price and the relating oil and gas shipping sector between 2015 and 2017, the shipowner said.
