Solstad Farstad's Solship Invest 3 has postponed debt payments as it continues to restructure.
The independent subsidiary of the Norwegian OSV giant has been in discussions with its financial creditors, aiming to achieve a long-term solution for its capital structure.
As part of these discussions, it has agreed to delay instalment and interest payments until 4 May.
This will give it time to continue the negotiations.
