Norway's Edda Wind has brought in heavyweight investors including Idan Ofer and John Fredriksen on board.
The Haugesund-headquartered offshore wind service company, which is planning to list on the Oslo Stock Exchange, announced that three investors have undertaken to acquire shares for a total amount of NOK 465m ($52.7m).
A joint venture between Ostensjo Rederi and Wilhelmsen, Edda Wind is planning to raise NOK 875m from its initial public offering.
