Seacor Marine is selling its North Sea emergency response vessel business to the UK's North Star Shipping in a deal worth up to £23.5m ($30.3m).
The New York-listed offshore player announced the 19-ship deal, expected to close in December, Friday morning.
It will see North Star's parent company pay Seacor £19.5m
