Russia’s SCF Group has bought partner Swire Pacific Offshore's interests in two ice-breaking platform supply vessels (PSVs) that serve the Sakhalin 2 oil and gas project.
SCF said that along with project operator Sakhalin Energy Investment Co it has signed several agreements covering the purchase of the 4,400-dwt multi-purpose icebreaking supply vessels Pacific Enterprise and Pacific Endeavour (both built 2006).
The Russian owner already controls the sistership Pacific Endurance.The
