Norwegian shipowner Kjell Inge Rokke is selling two anchor-handling tug supply vessels taken over during compatriot DOF Group's financial restructuring last year.
The ships are owned by Rokke's DDW Offshore, which is the former DOF Deepwater joint venture.
Rokke assumed control of the company and its fleet of five ships in a debt deal in 2020.
Norwegian broker Seabrokers said DDW has entered into bareboat charter agreements for the 16,315-bhp Skandi Pacific and Skandi Saigon (both built 2011) with OceanPact, a Brazilian subsea and logistics company.
