Reach Subsea and MMT Sweden have extended a frame agreement with Statoil for the charter of OSVs.
The partners said the deal covers survey and light construction work for the next three years.
Statoil can award contracts in the North Sea on an "as-needed" basis.
A first contract has already been sealed, for survey and light construction work offshore Norway.
