Polarcus is keeping up the consolidation pace in the seismic survey sector as it teams up with TGS-NOPEC Geophysical.
The Oslo-listed company has entered into a memorandum of understanding with TGS to jointly develop 3D multi-client projects.
Polarcus and TGS will pursue new opportunities while the latter will extend a charter agreement with Polarcus until the end of 2017.
