Brazilian oil major Petrobras is keeping on two Solstad Offshore anchor-handlers for another year.
The Norwegian shipowner said the company had declared its options for the 186-bp Far Scout (built 2001) and the 203-bp Far Santana (built 2000), taking them to the third quarter of 2020.
They are supporting Petrobras in Brazilian waters.
Solstad is continuing to talk to banks to put new financing in place in a liquidity crunch.
