In a statement New York-listed Helixsaid the assignment will be satisfied by a pair of chartered vessels that will bebuilt at the Flensburger shipyard in Germany on behalf of Siem Offshore.
The company noted it will provide thetopsides and manage the integration of well intervention equipment but pointedout that Siem will be responsible for the hull and has been tasked with overseeingconstruction.
