The fledgling FLNG developer says the rubber stamp applies to its South Texas LNG Project and nations subject to a free trade agreement with the US.
“Pangea LNG will be authorised to export up to 8 million metric tons per annum of LNG produced from domestic gas fields for a 25-year term commencing on the date of its first export,” it added in a statement Monday.
