A joint venture partly owned by Singapore OSV company Pacific Radiance is being wound up after legal losses.
At a shareholders meeting this week, it was decided that John Ayres and Joshua Taylor be appointed as joint liquidators for CA Offshore Investment (CAOI), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
