Pacific Drilling looks to have tied up a charter contract for one of its unemployed deepwater drillships.
The Idan Ofer-backed driller has signed a deal with Canada’s Hyperdynamics Corp for a drilling campaign off Guinea in West Africa.
The Pacific Bora (built 2010) is set to begin work in the second quarter of 2017. The charter rate and duration of the contract were not disclosed.
