The Singapore-listed owner and shipbuilder penned the six-monthdeals with Malaysia-based Expro Synergy.

Expro has the obligation to purchase both vessels at the endof the charter contracts, Otto said without saying how much they will earn fromthe deals.

Go Marine Ship Management, a 90% owned subsidiary of OttoMarine, owns a 49% stake in the charterer.

Earlier today Otto announced a settlement with Norwegianowner Mosvold Supply over a long-running dispute relating to four newbuildingswhich Otto never delivered.
