The Och-Ziff hedge fund group holds a 20% stake in offshore vessel shipbuilder STV OSV following a share sale by its majority shareholder.
STX Europe has run its stake in STX OSV down to 50.75% through the disposal of a 18.27% interest to OZ Management, a company associated with New York based Och-Ziff.
