Sweden’s Northern Offshore Services (NOS) has entered a new vessel market by snapping up a service operation vessel (SOV) from John Fredriksen-backed Edda Wind.
The deal comes a month after its parent, Northern Offshore Group (NOG), was taken over by Japanese shipping giant NYK.
