Norway's Equinor has said it plans to explore opportunities to develop commercial floating offshore wind in South Korea.
It has teamed up with state-owned Korea National Oil Corp (KNOC) for the venture recently signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU).
“South Korea has large potential and offers attractive opportunities within offshore wind,” Equinor senior vice president for wind and low carbon Stephen Bull said.
