One of the militant group responsible for attacks on Nigeria's onshore oil infrastructure says it will now go after deep sea operations of oil majors including Shell, Total and Chevron.
The Niger Delta Avengers said in a posting on its internet site that it "will be targeting the deep sea operations of the multinationals" operating in the offshore regions of Africa's largest oil producer.
