A new battle is in prospect between shipbuilder Otto Marine and Mosvold Supply over a much delayed series of four large anchor handlers.
Otto has invoked Singapore arbitration procedures over the second vessel in the series which should have been delivered by the end of June.
The move is related to the expiry of a 180 day period for late delivery after which Mosvold can claim back a 30% progress payment under a refund guarantee.
