Singapore has team-up with the world’s largest professional marine engineering body in a bid to boost the training of maritime professionals in the Lion Republic.
The Maritime and Port Authority (MPA) said the tie-up with the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) aims to “upskill and retain” maritime talent in Singapore by creating more pathways for professional development and recognition.
