Dof chairman Helge Mogster has built his stake in the company back up above 50% in a $17m deal with director Frederik Mohn.
His Mogster Offshore has acquired 138.5m shares from Mohn's company Perestroika, which was the second biggest Dof shareholder with 8.22%.
It now has no ownership in the company, while Mogster Offshore has 58%, up from 47.91% previously.
