McDermott International was awarded a contract by Saudi Aramco that will provide installation work to the Houston engineering company's offshore vessel fleet.
The oil producer hired McDermott to carry out engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of four platform jackets and three gas observation platforms in waters off Saudi Arabia.
The fast-track project involves structures weighing an aggregate 11,600 tonnes.
Third deal in 18 months
