Restructured Asian OSV owners Marco Polo Marine and Nam Cheong have announced a vessel-chartering joint venture.
The companies said they were forming Pelayaran New Era in Malaysia with a paid-up capital of $1,000.
Marco Polo will have a minority stake of 49%.
The company is "principally engaged in the chartering of vessels," it said.
