AP Moller-Maersk is seeking a separate listing for Maersk Drilling at the beginning of April, it confirmed today.
It will become the third of four energy businesses to be divested as part of a strategic overhaul at the Danish group.
Steps towards an independent listing have been made in the past few months but the date of Maersk Drilling’s separation had not previously been communicated to the market.
