Kristian Siem is sitting on a second offshore support vessel consolidation vehicle after progress in the restructuring of Siem Offshore today.
As TradeWinds reported this morning, Siem Offshore and former pool partner Singa Star have brought 10 anchor handlers together under the jointly owned Siem AHTS Pool.
“We believe this set-up could become a vehicle which Siem Offshore could utilize on potential distressed opportunities in the market,” Arctic Securities said in a report today.
