Singapore OSV owner Kreuz Subsea is forming a joint venture to run a new diving support vessel (DSV) in Brunei.
The venture with domestic company SPHI Marine will operate the 91-loa Kreuz Challenger (built 2017) for seven years as part of its charter to Brunei Shell Petroleum.
The contract, which runs until 2022, includes inspection, repair and maintenance services to be carried out on offshore oil and gas structures.
