Keppel Offshore & Marine (KOM) is to pay more than $422m in fines to settle corruption charges in Brazil that stretched over a decade.
Between 2001 and 2014 OM paid over $55m in bribes to officials at Petrobras and to the then-governing political party in Brazil, in order to win 13 contracts with Petrobras and another Brazilian entity, according to the US Department of Justice (DoJ).
