John Fredriksen’s Paratus Energy Services intends to list its shares on Euronext Growth Oslo.
“Our listing on the Euronext Growth and planned uplisting to the Oslo Stock Exchange will provide a robust platform to drive continued value creation for our shareholders,” chief executive Robert Jensen said in a statement.
Bermuda-based Paratus is a holding company with interests in several offshore service providers.
