Private owner Johannes Ostensjo dy AS has bought Norwegian crewing company Norwegian Maritime Services (NMS).
The operation, established in 2005, will be run as an independent unit with its own management in the Ostensjo Group.
No financial details were revealed.
NMS supplies seafarers to Norwegian shipowners. It is headquartered in Akrehamn with branch offices in Poland, Lithuania and the Philippines.
