DVB Bank has secured an order from the Bombay High Court for the disposal of six GOL Offshore ships, the second such decision this year.
The Indian shipowner said an admiralty suit was filed in Bombay for the recovery of $44.4m lent by the bank to GOL.
GOL’s current dues amount to around $33m, which is $5m lower than a few months earlier.
