Icon Offshore has tied up two of its accommodation work barges (AWB) on potential fixtures of between eight and almost nine years.
Brunei Zell Transportation has agreed to take the 200-man DP2-rated Icon Valiant (built 2013) and Icon Aliza (built 2016) to fulfil a charter to Brunei Shell Petroleum.
The Aliza fixture is due to start in February next year with an initial contract duration of six years, plus two one-year options.
