Louisiana-based Hornbeck Offshore Services has resolved a legal spat with a local shipyard and is back on track to complete a pair of multi-purpose support vessels (MPSVs) at another facility to be named.
Hornbeck said in a statement on Monday that it had settled a lawsuit with Gulf Island Shipyard of Homa, Louisiana under which each side will withdraw legal claims against the other over the stalled newbuilding project.
