Hornbeck Offshore Services has closed a takeover of four OSVs from Aries Marine Corporation.
Hornbeck first announced the move for the Jones Act vessels earlier this month in a $36.6m cash swoop.
While Hornbeck has not named the ships specifically, it has said the first two are 3,800-dwt units built in 2014 and 2015 and the others are 5,500-dwt ships built in 2010 and 2011.
