A hedge fund looking to squeeze a higher price out of Fincantieri for its shares in Vard Holdings looks to have conceded defeat.
MVN Asset Management has sold 10% of the stake it had built up in Vard following the Italian shipbuilder’s announcement that it wanted to take it private.
