A London-based hedge fund has continued to increase its stake in Vard Holdings in excess of the share price being offered by Fincantieri.
MVN Asset Management now controls just over 6% of Vard as of 22 February, according to regulatory filings to the Singapore Exchange.
The company has recently acquired a further 906,000 shares in the Singapore-listed offshore vessel shipbuilder at SGD 0.27
