Philippines tug and salvage group Harbor Star Shipping Services has diversified into the energy business with the acquisition of a controlling stake in a group of companies with interests in power generation and distribution in Mindanao.
It obtained board approval to buy 60% of Astronergy Development Gensan (ADG) , Astronergy Development F1 and Astronergy F2 - collectively the ADI group of companies, the Inquirer daily reported.
